We quote every order individually rather than publish list prices, because the same style can vary widely in cost. These are the factors that move the number, roughly in order of impact.
Material
- Fabric weight: 450 GSM heavyweight fleece sits well above 280 GSM brushed fleece.
- Colour-blocking and piping: more panels mean more cutting and sewing.
- Woven shells: taslan and nylon add lining and taping.
Construction and decoration
- Construction: zip versus pullover tops, elasticated versus drawcord waists, cuffed hems.
- Decoration: embroidery is standard for crests; puff and DTF suit larger art.
- Branding: woven labels, zip pullers, hang tags.
Quantity
- 5-piece runs: setup and pattern cost is spread across few units; from around 50 pieces the unit cost drops materially.
- Size spread: many sizes in a small run means more patterns per unit; one or two sizes keeps it efficient.
