Standard Payment Structure
All bulk production orders follow a 50/50 split

50% Deposit
Before production starts
After your quote is approved and sample confirmed, we require a 50% deposit to secure your production slot and purchase fabrics.
02
50% Balance
Before shipment
The remaining 50% is due once your order passes final QC inspection and before we dispatch. We'll send photos/video of finished goods.
Sample payments are invoiced separately and paid 100% upfront before sample production begins. Sample fees are typically credited toward your bulk order.

Bank Transfer (SWIFT / BACS)
Preferred for orders over £500. We accept GBP, USD, and EUR. Bank details provided on invoice.
Credit / Debit Card
Accepted via secure payment link (Visa, Mastercard). A small processing fee may apply.
PayPal
Available for smaller orders and sample payments. Fees apply per PayPal's standard rates.
Wise / TransferWise
Popular with international clients for lower transfer fees. Accepted in all major currencies.
