Fabric & Trims Inspection
Before cutting begins
Quality starts before a single cut. Incoming fabric is checked against your approved spec, weight, colour and shade consistency, along with zips, drawcords, labels and other trims. Anything that doesn't match doesn't get cut.

During sewing
Inspection happens at multiple stages of sewing, not just at the end, so issues are caught early on the line rather than discovered after a full batch is finished.

Print & embroidery
Embroidery and print runs are checked against your approved mockup and sample, placement, sizing and colour match, before the run continues, and your labels and tags are checked as they're applied.

Every order gets a final inspection before it ships, measurements, stitching and finish, branding placement and packaging and we send you a photo update before dispatch, so you see what's leaving before it leaves.
