At Denimbyte, we specialize in custom and bulk manufacturing. Due to the nature of customized products, returns are not accepted once production has started.

However, we ensure full quality control before shipping. If you receive defective or incorrect items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.

We will offer:
- Replacement for defective items
- Partial or full refund depending on the issue

Custom orders are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
