Q: Can I get a t-shirt sample before bulk production?

Yes — we strongly recommend starting with a pre-production sample, ready in 7–14 days, so you can approve fabric, fit, stitching and branding before bulk begins. Your sample cost is credited against your bulk order when you proceed.

Q: What fabric weights do you offer for custom t-shirts?

We manufacture across three bands: lightweight 140–160 GSM for fashion and warm-climate basics, midweight 170–190 GSM as the everyday premium all-rounder, and heavyweight 200–240+ GSM for oversized and streetwear tees that hold their structure. Higher GSM means a denser, more substantial fabric — but yarn quality and construction matter just as much as weight.

Q: What fabric types and compositions can I choose?

Most brands choose 100% combed ring-spun cotton for its soft hand-feel and clean print surface. We also offer carded cotton for budget runs, cotton-polyester and CVC blends for durability and a heathered look, tri-blends for a vintage drape, and organic or recycled cotton for sustainability-focused ranges. Tell us your end use and we'll recommend the right yarn and knit.

Q: Which printing and decoration methods are available for custom t-shirts?

We offer screen printing (best for bulk runs and 1–6 solid colours, extremely durable), DTF transfers (vibrant full-colour prints on any fabric or colour, ideal for smaller runs), DTG (soft, photo-quality detail on cotton), sublimation (all-over prints on light polyester only), puff print (raised 3D effect), and embroidery (premium logos), plus woven neck labels and hang tags. We match the method to your fabric, design, and quantity so it lasts.

Q: Can I order oversized or custom-fit t-shirts?

Yes. We produce oversized, boxy, drop-shoulder, regular, and slim fits, and we grade every size to your measurements. For premium and streetwear ranges we recommend a side-seamed body in 200 GSM+ cotton, which holds its shape and resists the twisting you get with cheaper tubular tees.

Q: Do you offer private label t-shirt branding?

Yes — full private label is standard. That includes custom woven or printed neck labels, care and size labels, hang tags, and branded packaging such as polybags, boxes, or tissue. Your t-shirts arrive fully finished under your own brand, with no DenimByte tags anywhere on the garment.

We work on a 40% deposit to confirm your order and begin production, with the 60% balance due before shipment. The deposit covers your fabric and trims; holding the balance until pre-shipment protects you and lets us confirm quality before goods leave the factory.

Standard production is 3–5 weeks after sample approval, depending on quantity, fabric, and decoration method. Pre-production samples take about 7–14 days. We confirm a firm timeline in writing with your quote, so you can plan launches and restocks with confidence.
