Confirm specifications and sample plan
We turn the agreed requirements into a written specification. If sampling is part of the agreed workflow, you review the sample for fit, construction, materials and branding before bulk production.
Approve production
After the specification and any required sample are approved, production can begin. The agreed scope may include cutting, sewing, decoration, labelling, finishing and packaging.
Complete quality checks
Before dispatch, the agreed quality checks are completed against the written specification and approved sample where applicable. The inspection scope can cover measurements, construction, branding and packaging.
Arrange shipping and delivery
We confirm the carrier or freight service, destination, quoted shipping cost and estimated transit time in writing. Tracking is shared when the selected service supports it, and documentation responsibilities are stated in the order terms.
