Shipping policy

DenimByte ships worldwide from our production facility, with every parcel sent by tracked express courier (DHL or FedEx). We currently deliver to 40+ countries.
Samples ordered online
- Production time: 7–14 working days from order confirmation (complex items such as leather jackets can take slightly longer).
- Shipping cost: flat £19.99 tracked express shipping worldwide — FREE on orders over £100. The rate is applied automatically at checkout.
- Delivery time: typically 3–7 working days by express courier after dispatch, depending on destination.
Bulk production orders
- Production time: typically 3–5 weeks after sample approval, confirmed in your quote.
- Shipping cost: included in your all-in quotation — production, branding and delivery are confirmed upfront, with no hidden extras at dispatch.
Tracking and updates
You receive photo updates during production, a photo update at final quality check before dispatch, and your tracking number as soon as the courier collects your parcel.
Customs, duties and taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by your country. These are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in our prices — we're happy to advise on what to expect for your destination when we quote.
Delays
Courier and customs delays are outside our control, but we track every shipment and chase any parcel that stalls. If your order hasn't arrived within the expected window, contact us and we'll take it up with the courier directly.
