Why Brands Choose DenimByte for Custom Manufacturing
We are a UK-registered custom clothing manufacturer developing private-label apparel to an approved specification and written commercial scope.
Specification-Led Clothing Manufacturing
Your quote sets out the material, labour, finishing and service scope for the order. It also identifies production responsibility, manufacturing location, any specialist partners and the named contact accountable for updates and approvals.
Coordinated Production From Brief to Packing
We coordinate fabric sourcing, cutting, sewing, decoration, labelling and packaging against the approved specification. The manufacturing plan identifies where each process is handled, discloses any specialist third party and assigns responsibility for quality questions or corrective action.
Low MOQ: 5 Pieces Per Style, UK Support
MOQ is 5 pieces per style on every product, and sizes can be mixed within the run. Samples take 7 to 14 days and we reply within 4 working hours. Your quote sets out the schedule and terms for your specification.

What We Need To Quote Your Order
A tech pack gives the manufacturer structured information for feasibility and pricing review. Here is what a complete one contains and what we can assess if you do not have one yet.
-
Technical flat
A front and back line drawing showing seams, panels and where everything sits. A clear sketch or a photo of a garment you like both work.
-
Measurements and sizes
Chest, length, sleeve and the rest, across every size you want made. If you have a garment that fits, we can measure from that instead.
-
Fabric and weight
Composition and GSM. If you are unsure, describe the required weight and hand feel; available options and any swatch or sample stage are confirmed before cutting.
-
Trims and labels
Zips, drawcords, hardware, neck labels, care labels and hang tags. This is where a plain garment starts becoming your brand.
-
Artwork and placement
Your logo or print files, with size and position. Vector is ideal. We will tell you if a file is not going to reproduce cleanly.
No tech pack? You do not need one to get a quote. A sketch, reference photos and initial sizes can be enough for a first feasibility review. Our team can then help structure the proposed specification.
Free two-page fillable PDF in English. Describe your idea with simple prompts, then send it with your reference files. No technical knowledge or sign-up needed.
