Choose Customised Blanks If…
A standard fit can meet the brief and you want to decorate or relabel a compatible ready-made garment. First drops, merchandise runs, uniforms and event pieces can be reviewed through this route.
Choose Fully Custom If…
You need your own fit, fabric weight or construction. A request such as an oversized 450 GSM hoodie cut to your block requires cut-and-sew feasibility review rather than decoration of an existing blank.

Customised Blanks FAQs
We source a compatible ready-made blank and apply the decoration, labels, tags and packaging stated in the approved specification. Your quote confirms the product, branding scope, presentation, cost and schedule before you proceed.
With customised blanks, an existing compatible garment is decorated and, where approved, relabelled. This can reduce development stages and cost compared with developing a garment from the pattern stage. Fully custom cut-and-sew production develops the fabric, fit, construction and trims to an approved specification. The written quote compares feasible scope, schedule and price for the relevant route.
MOQ is 5 pieces per style on every product, and sizes can be mixed within the run. Your quote shows the exact minimum for your style.
Relabelling can be quoted when the garment construction, original-label removal, mandatory content and applicable rights allow it. The approved specification confirms woven or printed labels, care information, hang tags, placement and packaging for the selected blank.
Every bulk order starts with an approved pre-production sample, typically ready in 7 to 14 days, so you can check fit, fabric, construction and branding before production. Sample price, timing and any credit against your bulk order are set out on your quote.
One route is for us to source compatible blanks against the required colour, weight, style and decoration. If you already have stock you would like decorated, include the garment details, composition, images and quantities in your request so compatibility and feasible scope can be confirmed for that product.
Standard terms are a 40% deposit to begin production and the 60% balance before shipment. You see the exact amounts and payment methods on your quote before anything is due.
