We take quality ready-made blank garments, hoodies, t-shirts, tracksuits, caps and more and apply your branding professionally: printing or embroidery, your own woven or printed neck labels, hang tags, care labels and packaging. You get a retail-ready branded product without the cost and lead time of manufacturing the garment from fabric rolls.

With blanks, the garment already exists, we customise it, which makes the process faster and cheaper. With fully custom (cut-and-sew) manufacturing, we build the garment itself to your spec: your fabric, fit, construction and trims. Blanks suit first drops, merch and uniforms; fully custom suits brands that need their own fit and fabric. Yes, relabelling is a core part of the service. We replace the original neck labels with your own woven or printed labels and add your hang tags and care labels, so the finished garment reads as your product from collar to packaging.

Yes. We can produce one decorated sample first so you check placement, colours and finish on the real garment, typically 7–14 days and the sample cost is credited against your order when you proceed.

The simplest route is for us to source quality blanks to your spec, colour, weight and style. If you already have stock you'd like decorated, mention it in your quote with the garment details and we'll confirm what's possible for that specific product.

The same transparent terms as every DenimByte order: a 40% deposit to begin and the 60% balance before dispatch, both paid securely through Shopify checkout invoices, never direct bank transfers or payment links. Orders ship tracked via DHL or FedEx to 40+ countries.
