Q: Do you publish a fixed price list?

No. Manufacturing prices depend on the product, material, construction, quantity, branding and delivery scope. We price the agreed specification and provide the included costs and estimated schedule in writing.

Q: How much does it cost to manufacture a hoodie or t-shirt?

The quote is based on the material and fabric weight, construction, size range, quantity, decoration, labels, packaging, quality requirements and delivery destination. We price the exact specification instead of presenting an average that may exclude required work or shipping.

Q: Which costs are included in my quote?

Your quote should identify the sampling or development, production, decoration, labelling, packaging and delivery costs included for the agreed scope. Destination duties and taxes are excluded unless the quote expressly states otherwise under the agreed delivery terms. Any later specification or quantity change should be priced and approved in writing.

Q: Can decoration setup costs apply?

Yes. Some methods can require screens, digitising, artwork preparation, moulds or other setup work. Applicable setup costs are itemised in the written quote for the agreed artwork and decoration method.

Q: Does the quote include shipping, duties and taxes?

Your quote shows the delivery destination, shipping method, quoted shipping cost and agreed delivery terms. It also states whether duties or taxes are included. Available courier or freight options depend on the product, order size, destination and schedule.

Q: How are payment terms confirmed?

Standard terms are a 40% deposit to begin production and the 60% balance before shipment. You see the exact amounts and payment methods on your quote before anything is due.

Q: Can the sample cost be deducted from my bulk order?

A sample credit applies only when it is explicitly shown on your quote. The quote should identify the sample scope, price, shipping cost, included revisions and any conditions attached to a later credit.

Q: How can I receive an accurate manufacturing quote?

Share the product, estimated quantity, size and colour splits, material or performance requirements, construction details, branding, labels, packaging, delivery destination and target date. Add reference files or a tech pack if available so the same specification can be priced consistently.

Sampling

Sample pricing can include development, material, setup and shipping costs. Any credit toward a later bulk order applies only when shown on your quote.
