These terms apply to your use of denimbyte.com and to orders placed with DenimByte Ltd, a company registered in the United Kingdom (Company No. 883537) with its team based in Dundee, Scotland.
Our services
DenimByte provides custom clothing manufacturing, garment decoration (embroidery and printing), sample development and private-label production. All garments are made to the specification agreed with you.
Quotes and orders
- Quotes are free and non-binding until you place an order. We aim to reply to quote requests within 4 hours, Monday–Saturday.
- Sample orders are paid in full at checkout; the sample cost is credited against your bulk order when you proceed.
- Bulk orders are confirmed with a 40% deposit, with the 60% balance due before shipment. All payments are made through Shopify's secure checkout — we never ask for bank transfers or card details over chat or email.
- An order is accepted when payment is received and we confirm the specification.
Your designs belong to you
Logos, artwork, designs and tech packs you supply remain your property. We use them only to produce your quote, samples and orders, and we do not publish or reuse them without your written permission. By submitting artwork you confirm you own it or have the right to use it, and you accept responsibility for any claim that your supplied artwork infringes someone else's rights.
Our content
The text, photography and design of denimbyte.com belong to DenimByte Ltd and may not be reproduced without permission.
Product standards
Our garments are fashion and workwear products manufactured to your approved specification. They are not certified personal protective equipment, and no DenimByte product should be marketed as certified protective clothing unless certification has been expressly agreed in writing as part of your order.
Quality and issues
Every order is quality-inspected before dispatch and your approved sample is the agreed quality standard for bulk production. Issues are handled under our Refund & Return Policy.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Beyond that, our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Scotland, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
