How It Works: 3 Simple Steps
- Step 01
Define the Workwear Brief
Share the job role, garments, fabric needs, pocket layout, reinforcement points, sizes, branding, quantity and delivery country.
- Step 02
Approve the Sample
Review fit, movement, construction, branding and practical details on a pre-production sample before bulk manufacture.
- Step 03
Production & Delivery
After written approval and scheduling, production follows the signed specification. The agreed quality checks, freight method, delivery estimate and tracking availability are confirmed on your quote.
Pricing
What Drives the Cost of Custom Workwear
We quote every order individually rather than publish list prices, because the same style can vary widely in cost. These are the factors that move the number, roughly in order of impact.
Material
- Fabric weight and construction: heavy canvas and ripstop sit above poly-cotton twill.
- Hi-vis and reflective tape: specialist materials and tape placement add cost.
- Weatherproofing: softshell membranes and taped seams.
Construction and decoration
- Construction: reinforced knees, multiple pockets, triple stitching and bar tacks.
- Decoration: embroidered logos are standard; reflective heat-transfer branding is available.
- Branding: woven labels, size labels, individual bagging by name or department.
Quantity
- 5-piece runs: setup and pattern cost is spread across few units; from around 50 pieces the unit cost drops materially.
- Size spread: many sizes in a small run means more patterns per unit; one or two sizes keeps it efficient.
