Fabrics
Activewear Fabrics We Work With
Gym wear lives or dies on the fabric. These are the bands we typically run; your quote confirms the fabric and stretch for your order.

Construction
How Gym Wear Is Constructed
The construction details set per style and confirmed on the sample.
| Seams | Flat-lock or cover-stitch seams on stretch fabrics to prevent chafing; bar tacks at stress points. |
| Waistbands | Wide elastic or high-waist double-layer bands on leggings and shorts; drawcords on joggers. |
| Liners and gussets | Mesh liners in training shorts; gusseted crotch on leggings for opacity and movement. |
| Sports bras | Removable pads, racer or cross backs, wide underbands; low to medium support. |
| Labels | Tagless heat-transfer or woven neck labels, care labels to your market's rules. |
How It Works: 3 Simple Steps
- Step 01
Share the Club Brief
Send the products, colour values, crest, sponsors, squad sizes, player names and numbers, quantity and required delivery date.
- Step 02
Approve Artwork & Sample
Review the visual layout and a pre-production sample so the club can approve colour, fit, fabric and branding positions.
- Step 03
Production, Packing & Delivery
After written approval and scheduling, production follows the approved artwork and specification. The agreed checks, packing method, freight method, delivery estimate and tracking availability are confirmed on your quote.
Branding and Sizing
Branding, Sizing and Private Label
How gym-wear ranges are branded, sized and packed under your label.
Branding
- Screen print, DTF, puff print or embroidery on tees and hoodies
- Heat-transfer or silicone logos on stretch fabrics
- Reflective and tonal prints on request
Sizing
- XS to 3XL graded to our chart or yours, men's and women's blocks
- Mixed sizes within the 5-piece minimum
- Fit samples in the final fabric
Private label
- Your neck labels, hang tags and packaging
- No DenimByte branding on the product
- Approved specification kept for reorders
Pricing
What Drives the Cost of Custom Gym Wear
We quote every order individually rather than publish list prices, because the same style can vary widely in cost. These are the factors that move the number, roughly in order of impact.
Material
- Fabric: engineered and premium knits sit above standard interlock.
- Sublimation versus dyed fabric: full-print kit removes colour limits but adds a print stage.
- Set size: shirt-only versus full shirt, shorts and socks sets.
Construction and decoration
- Construction: raglan sleeves, mesh inserts, taped necks, hem vents.
- Names and numbers: sublimated at no extra unit cost; heat-applied or twill add labour.
- Branding: heat-transfer neck labels, sponsor placements, individual bagging.
Quantity
- 5-piece runs: setup and pattern cost is spread across few units; from around 50 pieces the unit cost drops materially.
- Size spread: many sizes in a small run means more patterns per unit; one or two sizes keeps it efficient.
