Matched biker jackets and vests for club members in cowhide or buffalo, with patch-ready backs, reinforced seams and individual measurement adjustments where members fall outside the size range.

A common design produced across a controlled size set for teams, staff and events, with embroidered or embossed branding and made-to-measure pieces for anyone outside the range.

Individual Made-to-Measure

One jacket, cut to one person's measurements and fit preferences. A founder's sample, a customer outside standard sizing, or a personal commission, priced per piece.

Women's Made-to-Measure Jackets

Women's biker, moto and cropped styles graded from your measurements or a reference garment, in lambskin or cowhide.

Measurements

Measurements We Work From

Chest and height alone are not enough for a reliable fit. Depending on the style, the measurement sheet covers the points below; our size guide explains how to take each one.

MeasurementWhat we use it for
Chest, waist and hipBody measurements, taken over the layer the jacket will be worn with
Shoulder widthSeam to seam across the back
Back and jacket lengthNape to intended hem
Sleeve lengthShoulder seam to wrist, arm slightly bent
Bicep, elbow and cuffCircumferences, for sleeve shaping
Armhole depthFor movement, especially riding styles
Cross-front and cross-backFor posture and shoulder slope
Intended easeHow close or roomy you want it, and what is worn underneath

Body measurements and finished-garment measurements are different numbers. A 112 cm chest body and a 112 cm chest jacket do not describe the same fit; we add the ease the style needs.

Made-to-Measure Options

Choose the hide and thickness, then the lining, zips, hardware, patches and labels. Fit is confirmed on a fitting sample before any run is cut.

Sizing Routes

Three Ways to Fit a Leather Jacket

Pick the route that matches the order. Clubs and teams usually combine the second and third.

Individual made-to-measure

  • A base pattern adjusted to one person's measurements and fit preferences
  • Photos and a reference garment help as much as the numbers
  • Priced per piece; ideal for founders' samples and personal commissions

Custom brand sizing

  • A base-size pattern developed from your measurements and target customer
  • Sample approved, then graded into your full size range
  • Runs from 5 pieces per style in mixed sizes

Team and club sizing

  • One design across a controlled size set
  • Individual adjustments for members outside the range
  • Consistent look without forcing anyone into a generic size

Process

How a Made-to-Measure Order Runs

The steps that keep a measured jacket from turning into an expensive alteration later.

StepWhat happens
1. Measurement sheetYou send measurements, photos and any reference garment; we flag anything that looks inconsistent before cutting.
2. Hide and hardwareHide, thickness, lining, zips and patches agreed on a swatch and written into the quote.
3. Fitting sampleA sample is made in 7 to 14 days. For runs, the base size is approved and graded; for individuals, the sample is the jacket after any final adjustment.
4. ProductionRuns take 3 to 5 weeks from approval, with in-line and final measurement checks against the sheet.
5. DeliveryTracked delivery to over 40 countries; your quote shows the method and whether duties are included.

Responsible Options

Recycled, Vegan and Faux Leather

Any style on this page can be made in recycled leather, PU or vegan leather, with faux-fur and faux-shearling trims in place of animal-derived ones. If your brand needs a specific material certification, tell us at quote stage and we will confirm in writing what we can source.

How It Works · 3 Simple Steps

  1. Step 01

    Send Your Brief

Tell us the style, hide, quantity, lining, hardware and branding, or send a reference image or tech pack. We reply within 4 working hours with any questions and an itemised quote.

  2. Step 02

    Approve Your Sample

A pre-production sample is made in 7–14 days. Review the fit, hide, hardware and branding, request revisions, and approve it in writing before bulk production starts.

  3. Step 03

    Production and Delivery

Bulk production runs 3–5 weeks from sample approval, with in-line and final quality checks. Tracked delivery to over 40 countries, with shipping method, duties scope and documentation confirmed in your quote.

Pricing

What Drives the Cost of a Made-to-Measure Leather Jacket

We quote every jacket individually rather than publish list prices, because the same style can vary widely in cost. These are the factors that move the number, roughly in order of impact.

Material

  • Hide type and grade: the largest single factor. Full-grain lambskin and PU sit at opposite ends of the range.
  • Thickness and finish: heavier hides and aniline finishes cost more than pigmented, lighter leathers.
  • Lining: a printed branded lining or shearling costs more than plain quilted polyester.

Construction and decoration

  • Panel count and complexity: a quilted double-rider takes far longer to cut and sew than a minimal café racer.
  • Hardware specification: the number of zips and snaps, and custom-plated versus standard finishes.
  • Branding: embossed patches, embroidery, woven labels, hang tags and packaging.

Quantity

  • 5-piece runs: pattern and setup cost is spread across few units; from around 50 pieces the unit cost drops materially.
  • Size spread: many sizes in a small run means more patterns per unit; made-to-measure is quoted per piece.
